Firefox full screen flickers to other windows when interrupted in some way

0

This bug arises whenever I watch something full screen in Firefox. If I interrupt the full screen in some way, e.g. change the volume on the computer or hover over the fullscreen button (https://imgur.com/a/TqTwJdx is what I'm talking about), the moment that interruption ends I get a split-second flash of the other Firefox window. This "bug" has a pretty high reproduction rate. Have any of you encountered this before? I'm a complete newbie to Ubuntu (installed just a few days ago) and this bug, while innocuous, drives me crazy and googling hasn't yielded anything useful. Any help is much appreciated.
