牧羊人运动

牧羊人运动、牧人运动（Shepherding Movement），又称为门徒训练运动（"Discipleship Movement"），是开始于1970年代，美国灵恩派教会中的一个影响和争议都很大的运动。这个运动强调新约圣经中“彼此互相”的教义，以及提摩太后书2章使徒保罗描绘的导师关系。
历史
牧羊人运动开始于4位著名的灵恩派教师：Bob Mumford、叶光明（Derek Prince）、Charles Simpson和Don Basham，是针对佛罗里达州南部一项灵恩派事工的道德破产作出的回应。这4个人目击了这个失败，感到他们在生活中缺少互相负责任的建构，使得他们易受攻击。他们还感到灵恩运动正在变得个人主义和主观。这些认识使他们决定在生活和事工中彼此互相顺从。Ern Baxter后来也加入了这个团体的核心领导层，他们被称为“劳德代尔堡五人”（"Fort Lauderdale Five"）。
