How can two people work on a single Jupyter notebook that is running on one remote computer?

One can use JupyterHub or some SSH/port setup/'hacks' to use a remote Jupyter notebook, a bit like the following:

ssh -L<Port-A>:localhost:<Port-B> user@Host-B -t ssh -L<Port-B>:localhost:<Port-C> user@Host-C
jupyter notebook --no-browser --port=<Port-C>

And then you just run in the local browser.

Just as PrimaryPad provides a way for multiple remote people to work on a single text document, is there a mechanism to enable those remote people to work on a single remote Jupyter notebook at the same time? I'm aware of more new ideas like JupyterLab but not sure if this is possible yet.

Any crazy ideas to make this work? Peace out.
