Ok. So my linux Mint is freezing on Bootup at logo [on hold]

I tried reinstalling 3 times, though each time it froze at Restart Now and I theonly option was to force shut down. I also tried removing all other kernels and it only boots in Recovery Mode. Help? Btw. All of this started bcz i wanted to fix screen tearing issue in games :(
