I don't know how to explain this "bug" but I'll try, the primary monitor looks scrollable with the size of 3926x1848, and no, the problem isn't that I'm using Deepin visual in Ubuntu...



Monitor 1: 1366x768 (Normal wide - DVI ) - Offboard
Monitor 2: 2560x1080 (Ultra wide - HDMI) - Onboard
