My OS UBUNTU gives freezes (solved) [closed]

0

My Ubuntu 18.04 repeatedly freezes briefly and then continues. It freezes every 4 to 5 seconds and it freezes for less than 1 to 3 seconds each time like it is starting to work normally but it can't continue. My computer has 4GB RAM and 2GB swap. I already checked the RAM, the cache, the CPU usage and uninstalled the programs that I installed when the problem started.
