Computer will sometimes not wake up

0

Usually my Lenovo x220 will wake up properly in 18.10. But sometimes it won't, and I can see the harddrive light steadily light up. I have tried waiting for several minutes to no avail. I usually have to cause a hard restart. I have heard this can be an issue with acpi, or uefi or other hardware. Whatever the problem is, it is out of my depth.
Any thoughts?
