Unknown display. Dual monitors can only mirror after kernel upgrade

0

I just upgraded from 4.18.5 to 4.19.11. After reboot both monitors are working, but they are not extended anymore, but mirrored with cursors and everything.

When I go to "Displays", it can only find 1 display, and it is named "unknown display". I am on ubuntu 18.04 using 2 monitors one hdmi one DVI. It's never been an issue before.

lspci|grep -i vga
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Hawaii PRO [Radeon R9 290/390] (rev 80)

I am using amdgpu device driver.

EDIT 11/03/2019: This also happens with kernel 5.0.1. But 4.18.5 is still working like a charm.
