The three servers are all on the same subnet and VLAN, using the same virtual switch. All using the same VMware cluster and switches.

Thank you

I have three Unbuntu 16.04.5 LTS (Xenial) servers

VMware 6.0

IP Range
AP server: 192.168.6.211
DB server: 192.168.6.212
DV server: 192.168.6.213

SN: 255.255.255.0
DG: 192.168.6.254

DNS: 192.168.6.199 (Windows 2012 R2)
DNS: 192.168.6.198 (Windows 2012 R2)

DB and DV both work fine.

When pinging the google.com or our internal mail server there is a 15-20 second delay then a drop, every time.

I have also shut the server down and removed the network adapter restarted, then shutdown and added the adapter again.

The ping worked perfectly for a couple of minutes then back to the huge delays.

mtr mail.cockett.com shows 0% drops

The issue is causing SSO to time out and mails to no be delivered.

Your guidance would be appreciated.
