I always faced this problem, but I was always blaming my old pc.
Now with a Teclast f7 plus (celereon n4100, 8gb RAM ddr4l / 128 gb SSD)
I start facing it another time.

After the first boot I always have to wait like from 20 to 40 sec.
It's normal?

What command I have to run to find the problem?

I have runned the command dmesg
and there is an insane number of lines that are saying:

[ 457.027108] mmc2: card never left busy state
[ 457.027122] mmc2: error -110 whilst initialising SD card
