Cannot boot to my any operating system after dual boot

I have windows xp professional in my pc. I tried to dual boot parrot os (linux distribution) in my pc . It is installed then while installing grub boot loader an error occurred. I in hurry skip that error and install parrot without grub boot loader it successfully installed. When pc restarts it. shows invalid partition error. What to do plz help.
