Grub menu, Duel boot, Ubuntu 18.04, Windows 10, Two separate disks

I'm trying to add Windows 10 to my grub menu.
Windows 10 in on a separate disk than Ubuntu.

os-prober gives me /dev/sdd1:Windows 10:Windows:chain

I update-grub and it Found Windows 10 on /dev/sdd1

I have already used Boot Repair, and this was the result. http://paste.ubuntu.com/p/36rCFYrmF4/

Windows 10 is on my grub menu, but if I click it, I get this;

error: file '/boot/grub/x86_64-efi/ntfs.mod' not found
error: no such device: 50B8A3CAB8A3AD42
error: can't find command 'parttool'
error: can't find command 'drivemap'
error: invalid EFI file path

Although, if I go through my BIOS and pick the disk Windows is on, it boots up the grub menu again, (albeit in a different resolution) and if I try to boot Windows, Windows will boot into repair mode, and give me the options of shut down, or advance options. Form there, if I try to automatically repair, I get this log file: F:WINDOWSSystem32LogfilesSrtSrtTrail.txt

So, yeah, not sure what else I could drop for info here. I'm at a lose with this. I'm stuck outside of Windows, and I can't even get that log file it made.

-Update:

If I boot from the disk Windows is on, the Grub menu works. I can boot into both Windows and Ubuntu, though I didn't do anything for this change to happen. As well, the time is always messed up when I boot.

  • It seems you have Windows installed in Legacy mode, installed Ubuntu in UEFI mode, then also installed Grub in Legacy replacing the Legacy Windows bootloader.
