In one paragraph, I am making reference to another part of a large document (it's one large document, so it's the same document). Each part of the main document is a "Part", e.g. Part I, Part II, etc. Within those parts are sections, subsections, etc. Is it correct to say "Part I, Section I-30, when the "I" in "I-30" is actually referring back to Part I. Wouldn't it simply be "Part I, Section 30"? This is a disagreement between my co-worker and I. Thank you!

Or maybe just "Section I-30" .... if the Part is known just from that.
