I'm getting VK_ERROR_INITIALIZATION_FAILED when I run vulkaninfo

I'm pretty new to Ubuntu(or Linux to be precise), I wanted to use a few emulators but figured out there wasn't any vulkan option. I installed Vulkan sdk, updated mesa drivers. When I try to run 'vulkaninfo' I get
