Term to identify a customer request

Multi tool use
I'm looking for a word that will be used in a field service software to wrap a customer request with its work list, interventions, invoices, quotes, etc.
It can have :
- A reference number
- A due date
- a list of customer's requests (work list + products)
- a list of things to do
- a list of quotes and invoices, etc.
- a state like opened, closed, canceled
I was thinking about :
- Case
- Affair
- Business
Example sentences :
- "I will need to create a new [case] for this customer"
- "Can you give me the reference number of this [case] ?"
- "Here is the list of every customer's [cases]"
single-word-requests
