How to use Dropbox on Ext2?
I get the message “Your Dropbox folder is not supported anymore”, I think the Ext2 file system is no longer supported, and you need to create a disk with Ext4, but only 32 GB of memory is on my laptop ... Tell me can somehow use it? (do not scold me, I'm new to Linux)

You can't use dropbox on ext2. Either create an ext4 like I did, or use something else like google disk.

Yeah, like you said, dropbox is no longer supported on Ubuntu except with unencrypted ext4. You'll have to either reformat your disk as ext4 or find an alternative tool.
Personally, I'd tend to upgrade your system to an ext4 anyway, since performance tends to be better on ext4.
It seems like ext4 is a journaling, not a file system, Linux seems to be impossible to put on it

What? You can most assuredly put Linux on ext4. Check out this post for instance.
