I use Ubuntu 18.04LTS dual boot with Windows 7. When I plug charger while using Ubuntu it shows fully charged and I unplug charger, battery level is on 94%. But when I boot Windows 7, and when battery fully charged, Windows shows 100%.
I have searched a lot about this problem, but could not find a solution for this problem.
Additionally, I have updated my laptop BIOS to the latest version.
How can I solve this?
