bypass message on update & upgrade
I am already using:
sudo DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive apt-get update && sudo apt-get -y upgrade
to bypass apt prompt and grub conf override question, but still getting one question whithin my script:
locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory
No DKMS packages installed: not changing Secure Boot validation state.
More info: https://launchpad.net/~ethereum/+archive/ubuntu/ethereum
Press [ENTER] to continue or ctrl-c to cancel adding it
How can I automate this Enter click?
upgrade updates dash-shell

You are looking at the problem from the wrong end. Set the locale before starting the update/upgrade.
