I received an email from a supplier with the salutation as "Dear Together". This email had several "To" recipients as well as "CC" recipients.
Can anyone let me know what is the meaning of "Dear Together"? Is it the same as writing "Dear All," in an email?

Sounds odd to an English speaker. Sounds like it is an alternative to Dear All, but an awkward one.
