Graphics system supposedly crashing (AMD Radeon RX 580)

What happens?
My screen goes black, I lose control over my keyboard and mouse and the only fix (at first) I knew was to force shut the PC down. Only recently, I discovered it does recover eventually.
How do you know that your mouse and keyboard are deactivated?
It happened quite a few times while I was fullscreen inside of YouTube, enjoying a video. Trying to pause it (which would work by default means) fails whenever this happens.
What happens when it does recover?
Sadly, I don't know myself. It happened about a split second before the PC shut down by force last time it occurred.
What are your specs?
I have an Acer GX-781 with an Intel i5 7400 7th Gen, AMD Radeon RX 580 and preinstalled Windows 10. Whatever happens on Ubuntu for me, has not occurred a single time on Windows.
Do you have any additional drivers installed?
Nope, nothing.
Do you have anything to show us?
I did, after getting taught by said friend, take a screenshot or two about the contents of the "dmesg" command line.
If someone could be just kind and embed the actual image for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Anyways, this is the image.
When did it start occurring?
Ever since I got Ubuntu. At first, I thought it was a one-time thing, but it's persistent. Updating my drivers seems to have only helped delay it a fair bit.
