18.04.1 LTS Installation Failing with , Where Are You?
I am new to Ubuntu and have limited experience so far with Linux. I am trying to install Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS onto an ASUS mainboard that has an Intel Dual Core CPU , 4ghb RAM and 120gb HD therefore ideal for the application I have in mind which is UNMS from UBNT.
I have now tried different versions yet continue getting the same error message (= Where Are You?) which then halts everything.
Look forward to any hints to continue the installation.
Note:
I create a swap volume of 20mb , leaving a system volume of 990mb ( within either normal or minimal installation ). The System Volume is marked as EXT2 File System and mount point / to avoid root errors then clicking Install Now.... then Popup appears with a default location of New York ( I am in Switzerland ) then in the center of the screen I have a no entry symbol with 6 question marks... the only option I have is to click OK which is followed by the Installation then aborting

I came close to installing CentOS V7 instead but decided to try a few different things and give Ubuntu 1 last shot before I gave up on it etc
Removed the PCI Express Video Card , changed the HD from Seagate to a spare Western Digital and a few other tweaks as well.
Installation restarted and it all worked using the same installation DVD I created for version 18 . I don't understand and wont spend my time trying to understand why the previous error kept occurring... life is too short for that.
So with Ubuntu installed , PCI express video card reinstalled and various updates then applied I then installed the software from UBNT I wanted for UNMS < will test that tonight >.
Thanks !
