My trackpad doesnt work while i am typing Ubuntu 18.04

Ever since I redownloaded my iso file I cannot use my trackpad while I am using my keyboard. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    It's a feature called "Disable touchpad while typing". It's been around for a long time, and it can be enabled/disabled under touchpad settings.
