Don't use random apt incantations blindly. That can make things worse. Read the error message. Ask yourself why those packages won't be installed. Try installing one or two and see what happens.

@Milad you have two options: You can learn apt so you can debug the problem, or you can stick closer to the stock Ubuntu install to avoid the problem. Repeatedly breaking your system the same way seems a waste of your time.

I'd guess the problem is related to adding the 32bit arch and installing SO MANY things for 32bits. I still suggest reinstalling, and doing whatever customization things you want, but cheking step-by-step, to igure out what breaks it

Wow, this was super easy, all I had to do was apt-get remove the dependency and install my target package.
For example...
account-plugin-facebook : Depends: libaccount-plugin-generic-oauth but it is not going to be installed or
ubuntu-system-settings-online-accounts but it is not going to be installed
Simply do this
apt-get remove libaccount-plugin-generic-oauth
apt-get install account-plugin-facebook

Don't use random apt incantations blindly. That can make things worse. Read the error message. Ask yourself why those packages won't be installed. Try installing one or two and see what happens.

@user535733 I have 525

in that error. It was 4 before I made it worse. I'm not an apt expert. I don't want to reinstall this Ubuntu. It was a few hours ago I installed this Ubuntu. What is your opinion? What should I do?– Milad

@Milad you have two options: You can learn apt so you can debug the problem, or you can stick closer to the stock Ubuntu install to avoid the problem. Repeatedly breaking your system the same way seems a waste of your time.

I don't always get that error right after installing Ubuntu. Thats exactly my point. There must be something you usually do that keeps causing this problems. You can start learning
apt
by edit ing your question with the steps you followd when you wanted to installpython-dev
. If you cant remember, check this askubuntu.com/questions/897127/…– M. Becerra

I'd guess the problem is related to adding the 32bit arch and installing SO MANY things for 32bits. I still suggest reinstalling, and doing whatever customization things you want, but cheking step-by-step, to igure out what breaks it
