Wifi disabled after reconnect or suspend

0

any time I turn my ubuntu on or when disconnecting from wifi trying to connect to another, I face problem that my wifi drop and I can't connect. to fix this problem manually I have to run this commend sudo service network-manager restart anytime I want to connect but I can't doing it at rest of life.

also, I tried this solution:

#/etc/systemd/system/wifi-resume.service
#sudo systemctl enable wifi-resume.service
[Unit]
Description=Restart networkmanager at resume
After=suspend.target
After=hibernate.target
After=hybrid-sleep.target

[Service]
Type=oneshot
ExecStart=/bin/systemctl restart network-manager.service

[Install]
WantedBy=suspend.target
WantedBy=hibernate.target
WantedBy=hybrid-sleep.targe

by adding this code to /etc/systemd/system/wifi-resume.service it worked fine when I turn my pc on after sleep but still the issue when I disconnecting from wifi.
