I am writing the following sentence but something seems wrong:

It is the base of man's state be it physical, health, psychological and mental

How would you write health here ?

Please note

I am specifically separating between the adjectives physical and health, whereby I am using physical to refer to the body

It might help if you defined what you mean by “health” if it’s something other than physical, psychological and mental well-being (state).
