Does Ubuntu have at least have expantions for memory and gaming accesories [closed]

The reason why I am asking you guys this question is because the software says I only have 3.8 Gigabytes of Internal Memory on my version of Ubuntu and most games nowadays take up 50Gig to 1000!!!
