Ubuntu Installation is Not responding

0

So My windows 7 broke because of BSoD(Hard drive Corrupt or error) and Im installing linux for fixing it(Might consider using it for work if its Comfortable)
So after making a bootable Ubuntu USB
i booted my laptop via USB and
A list of choice showed up
Try Ubuntu
Install Ubuntu
Etc

I choose instal Ubuntu
After choosing my language and Wifi
The updates and Other software showed up
The first time I choose minimal Installation with Install third party but my Cursor just goes into the responding mode I can still click the wifi and battery section and change brightness and sound
But nothing else
So the Second time I choose Normal installation
And its the same

Any way I can fix this?
