Changing wallpaper by command line does not work on Ubuntu 18.04.2LTS

0

I use used this command to change the wallpaper in other distros linux, however recently I tried to create a script to change in the initialization. I tried before each command. The only one however that is not working is precisely the one of change follows:

gsettings set org .gnome.desktop.background picture-uri
file: ///home/proj/img.jpg

You do realize that you have 2 spaces that'll make it fail? (org<> .gnome and file:<>///)
