I'm Having Trouble Installing from the Ubuntu Software Store on Ubuntu Budgie
I recently installed Ubuntu Budgie on VirtualBox, and have been installing applications that I use on a daily basis. Everything has been running smoothly, except I've suddenly started having trouble installing via Snap. Both on the software store and in the terminal I have had trouble installing Slack and Discord especially (these are just the applications I have tried recently). Even when I installed the packages from the websites and ran it from Files, it wouldn't install. I have been able to install Spotify, GameJolt, Opera, Firefox, and Google Chrome, however. I still have 11.1 GB of storage left, could this be a problem? Does anyone know any other reasons why I might be having this problem?

Can you try to install from the command line, to see if there are error messages? A typical command might besudo snap install slack

I have tried this before, and it didn't work, but when I tried it just now, it said it was installed. I am attempting it with Discord now. Thanks! Do you have any idea why I'm having this problem with the software store in general?

No, although I had a little trouble with the apt repositories for a few days. I think the snap system is maintained separately.
