Wireless connection has stopped working Ubuntu 16.04
My intel wireless connection has stopped working.
I checked a ton of other forum entries, but no solution has worked.
I also tried a new Linux Mint 19 (Ubuntu 18) live disk, and the wireless connection doesn't show up there either.
Can somebody help finding how I can solve the issue?

Mint is off-topic. You can ask at Unix & Linux. I think it is a kernel bug, boot with a previous kernel.

I did boot with a previous kernel, to no avail.
