After installing Ubuntu 18.04, windows show black screen

For the first time, I installed Ubuntu beside Windows 10 on my Laptop.
After solving all issues with UEFI and secure boot things, now, once I enter to Ubuntu, and then restart, after I choose windows in grub menu, Windows shows black screen before login. The cursor appears but nothing works even ALT+CRTL+DEL. Until I press shut down for 5 sec and hard reset. Then windows can work fine.
I disabled fast start-up on windows and also I am sure it doesn't go to hibernate, but still the problem exists.
Please help with this. I really want to use Ubuntu, but hard reset can really damage my laptop.
Thanks
