A friend told me a about a boss. The boss makes policies that employee do not like.

The employee do not complain because they fear the boss.

So they just quietly leave.

One day, an employee complain. Because the boss didn't know that there are many complaints, the boss are angry to this employee because he thinks the employee is a trouble maker. After all that employee is the only one that complain.

In the Boss' mind, everyone is "happy" with his arrangements. What's reall
