16.04 Ubuntu on my Laptop, DVD/CD Drive will not work, even after replaced with a new DVD/CD Drive?
With the old DVD drive, it would show the drive is present but my game install CD would not run. DVD's would not play.
I physically removed this old DVD Drive and installed a new drive into my laptop.
Once again, the laptop will show a DVD/CD drive is present but it will not play or run the CD's I put it. It will always say error or it will not auto run even if I click on "Autorun exe"
What can I do?
I am beginning to think it is an Ubuntu issue, and the drives are both fine?
