Dreadfully slow Internet speeds on an Archer T2UH Ubuntu 18.10 compared to on Windows 7

As the title suggests, my internet speeds for my Archer T2UH are dreadfully slow compared to my Windows 7 install (dual booted). I installed these drivers and got them up and running, but was met with poor performance. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
