How to enable coasting scroll on my Asus laptop?

0

My laptop is ASUS UX310UQ and my touch pad is ElanTech (according to "xinput list") and I have Ubuntu 18.04 + Gnome installed, now I want my scroll to be in the "coasting mode" which means (if I'm not wrong) I want the scroll to keep moving even a short while after my fingers are up and my two scrolling fingers have left the touch pad. Is there a command or a tool which can help me on that?
