WiFi is hard blocked on Toshiba Satellite L300

My WiFi had been working on this laptop. I hadn't used for a few weeks and now it shows no WiFi.
This is what I see when I run rfkill list all:
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: yes
wireless

Hard blocked normally means that this kind of networking is disabled by a hardware switch. Do you have any wifi/wireless buttons or switches on your laptop? Might also be necessary to toggle them off and back on sometimes.
