installing specific version of Apache in Ubuntu 16

I have installed Ubuntu 16 and have tried all the possibilities of installing a specific version of Apache 2.4.34, but I couldn't. Please help me out in installing a specific version of Apache 2.4.34 on Ubuntu 16

sorry im new to ubuntu, but the os is ubuntu 16. and i dont have any idea of errors because i reinstalled ubuntu 16, i want the steps to install apache 2.4.34
