Plasma Dicover gets stuck at 100% while installing snap packages

I have recently shifted to Kubuntu and when installing snap packages, Discover gets stuck at 100% and needs to be force closed. For example I installed VS Code and it is stuck at 100% while VS Code has been installed and I can use it without an issue. Though I cannot say if there would be an issue with some other package.
Screenshot of the issue

The same thing also happens when uninstalling.

Is there any solution for this or is it a known bug?

The following had a similar question but he had problem with only one snap and there was also no proper answer there:
Plasma Discover stuck at 100% while installing a snap
