Xrdb problems while VNC

I am having problems with my VNC connection since a lot of time and can't solve it.

I try to connect to Ubuntu from an android device, and I achieve it but there is no desktop there. I checked the VNC logs and I find a problem with xrdb, specifically with the archive ~/.Xresources. I did a "ls -a" on my home directory and saw it doesn't existed, and somewhere in internet I read maybe creating it the problem gets solved, but didn't worked.

I am not using a SSH connection yet, because I think it will be easier to first achieve the VNC to work and then, with that first step done, go for the SSH.

This is the content of my config file:

#!/bin/sh

xrdb $HOME/.Xresources
xsetroot -solid grey
#x-terminal-emulator -geometry 80x24+10+10 -ls -title "$VNCDESKTOP
Desktop" &
#x-window-manager &
# Fix to make GNOME work
export XKL_XMODMAP_DISABLE=1
/etc/X11/Xsession

Is there any other log which can show more errors? I really don't know what to do with the xrdb thing, so hope someone can help me.

Thanks
