I have ubuntu 18.10 on a Dell laptop, I have a problem that I can not have a laptop when it is on the computer - after clicking a computer shortcut he sleeps for a moment and starts again. When the laptop is working on the battery, there is no problem with sleeping. I have been looking for problems for this problem for a long time but I have found nothing. I would like my system to be happy when the laptop is connected to the charger.
