Installing OS X on Macbook Pro currently running only Ubuntu
I have a Macbook Pro that is exclusively running Ubuntu 18.10. I now want to resize my Ubuntu partition and install OS X in a new partition.
Can someone give me the correct steps to achieve this?
The laptop has a 500 GB SSD with the standard partitions as set up by Ubuntu;
sda 8:0 0 465.9G 0 disk
├─sda1 8:1 0 512M 0 part /boot/efi
├─sda2 8:2 0 732M 0 part /boot
└─sda3 8:3 0 464.7G 0 part
└─sda3_crypt 253:0 0 464.7G 0 crypt
├─ubuntu--vg-root 253:1 0 463.8G 0 lvm /
└─ubuntu--vg-swap_1 253:2 0 980M 0 lvm [SWAP]
To begin with, I'm not even sure if I should be aiming to use the GRUB boot menu, or the OS X one?
