土登晋美诺布（藏文：ཐུབ་བསྟན་འཇིགས་མེད་ནོར་བུ་，藏语拼音：Tubdän Jigmêd Norbu，威利：Thub-stan 'Jigs-med Nor-bu，THL：Thubten Jigme Norbu；1922年－2008年9月5日），为当彩活佛，著名藏人作家、社會活動家、印第安納大學藏學教授，也是第十四世達賴喇嘛·丹增嘉措的長兄。土登晋美诺布是最初一批流亡海外的藏人高僧，也是第一位定居美國的藏人，他常年來一直致力于推動西藏完全脫離中國而獨立。
