My Linux computer shuts down the whole time while starting and it almost never even reaches the log in screen. I don't even know how to start since a Linux computer isn't the most popular one that most people uses, does someone know how to fix this kind of problem? I really need that help for schoolwork

What version Ubuntu? Describe EXACTLY what you see happening, and what the computer is doing. Does "shuts down" mean power off? Had this computer worked with Linux before?
