How to change the size of fonts in Dash to Panel and Ark Menu?

Multi tool use
I'm running Bionic Beaver, and I've changed the size of text in my interface to make things like desktop icon text and UI text much smaller. For example my desktop looks like this:
Nautilus looks like this:
However I can't seem to change the size of clock text or text in Ark menu.
I've looked in dConf editor and in Tweaks but I can't find anything.
Has anyone ever successfully done this?

Size of Clock Text can be changed by editing shell's `.css' file.. this may be little related askubuntu.com/a/1117851/739431. But if you are seriously looking only to change the text of clock size.. askubuntu.com/a/1104435/739431
