Ubuntu wifi serious issue

Wi-fi issues are too frequent for Ubuntu nowadays. The required drivers for accessing wi-fi ( Broadcom STA ) are already installed in my system. The wi-fi is accessible through the hotspot of my phone but the main problem is with my broadband's wi-fi. Sometimes it's showing on the list of available devices and sometimes it's absent. There's no issue with the broadband wi-fi while accessing through Windows 10 in dual boot. I tried all possible solutions available in web. Is it a bug? Or some serious system related issues.
