Tap to click on lightdm lockscreen

I have Ubuntu 18.04 running with dde(Deepin desktop environment) and lightdm lock screen. I want to be able to switch between Desktop environments at the lock screen but my mouse buttons are broken, I have a working track pad and tap to click is enabled, but it still won't work on the lock screen. I've tried fixing it through the root terminal, but nothing changed. I could use a USB mouse, but this is a laptop so that's not a preferable choice.
