Thunderbird properties tab panel almost unusable
I don't visit /properties frequently. Last time I tinkered with some settings was when I was on 16.04. Now I'm on 18.04
I faced some initial problems as I was thinking the tabs were disabled for some reason. Don't remember encountering this in 16.04. All the buttons are in fact enabled, but there is no visual cue that there are buttons.
What can I do to make buttons more approachable?
Is this issue with Thunderbird or new 18.04 UI or packaging that Ubuntu does for Thunderbird.
