Which one contains the header

Multi tool use
My question is about is description,
Each HTTP call to the API will result in a response, containing a
header called Request-ID
I'm a little confused here, it means the HTTP call
contains the header called Request-ID or it means the response contains the header called Request-ID?
In my view according to context, it looks like the request contains the header, but isn't it an Attributive clause?
Thanks for your help in advance.
