Notified of Results/Result?
Is there a standard in the common notification message:
"You will be notified of the result/results within 24 hours."
Even if there exists more than one piece of information, the collective document could be considered a "result", however, it could also be denoted as "results". Is there a standard or is it at the behest of the author?

It depends on the context. For instance, people wait for test results from medical tests, regardless of there being more than one result or not.
