Unable to download file from Chrome after deploying java application in Ubuntu

I am new to Ubuntu server using Ubuntu 16.04 deployed java application in it.I have a functionality in java which a file should download after clicking on download button but I am getting network error and server problem.But it is working in Mozilla Firefox,Explorer and working in local sever. when I am running with Ubuntu in Chrome then I am having problem.
